Experience within his world: from the shopping list, to creative food preparations in the kitchen, to the table tasting his starred menu.

Meeting at the Michelin Star Restaurant  Abocar.  You go out to go shopping with the awarded-Michelin-star-chef at the central market. Mariano decides the ingredients, decides them based on the season and the availability and inspiration of the day. You and the chef return and move to the kitchen: Mariano shows some of his secrets (sauces, ways of cooking,.mise en place..), you will understand Mariano mind-set and the extra-ordinary preparation of his magnificent dishes.
It is not a cooking class, it is not a course, it is the Preparation of the real menu!
(not dishes for tourists or simplified ad-hoc dishes for the user of the experience)

After work in the kitchen you  will sit at the table tasting the seasonal menu of that period

Price include:
-how the chef chooses the best ingredients from the greengrocer and fishmonger
-in the kitchen with the chef: explanation of how the menu is created (his topping, his sauces, his complex combinations and ways of cooking) , understanding the ‘mise en place’
-tasting a Gourmet Menu with some Chef comments

On request you can choose a fish or a meat menu.

Chef Mariano Guardianelli

Born in Argentina, with Italian roots, worked in Miami, Valencia and then home finally in Italy.  He acquired a cosmopolitan vision thanks to which the Abocar due cucine project was born in the historic centre of Rimini in 2013. It got a Michelin star in the 2019 edition. Abocar means making close: making two lands close, Italy and Argentina, in a mix of influences between places and ingredients, attracting clients who are curious to find out about food with a direct style, a pure use of techniques, of raw materials, and a cuisine that pays attention to roots, memories and knowledge.

A vocation to explore beyond every boundary which Mariano turns into original dishes that change often in a menu that truly follows the seasons, making the best use of them. And which takes his guests on a small part of his journey.

The Chef will propose the dates on which he will be available and together we will be fixed the date of the experience .

The purchase is valid for 1 year.

In case of difficulties Beautrip can change the  name of the chef and make changes in the development of the experience.

If the dates proposed by the chef are not accepted, you will not be entitled to a refund, but only a credit to spend on other experiences on  our website.
