In fact it is a succession of emotions and informations, of tastings with a final twist worthy of a molecular gastronomy chef!

This experience covers our selection of local excellences for food lovers and nature lovers.
Thanks to Brina (the hunting dog) and Marco (the truffle hunter) you will be able to enjoy the idyllic landscape, understanding how the cultivation and extraction of truffles takes place and notice how the activity of Pergola Tartufi, that produces gourmet products with the truffles collected, manages to revitalize the entire community of Pergola with a unified vision for their territory.
Everyone is connected to the nature: You have to define how you want to connect with it. Which is your journey of discovery through your body, mind and heart to rekindle your relationships with each other and love for the natural world?
Enhancing the attention to details and thanks to the intuition of the sensory game blindfolded in order to test the flavors of the truffles, this experience allow to re-connect first of all inside yourself, but also outwards, to the people and world around you.
Discover how the Pergola delicious products are made: all the truffles collected will be divided into participants.
HOW
- hunting with the dog in a natural truffle farming, surrounded by untouched beautiful landscapes
- five senses experience: sight, touch, hearing, smell, taste ….all about truffles!
- truffle tasting in the wood with typical local organic products (aperitif)
- tasting a unique truffle gourmet creation
Group size : min 4 – max 10
Children are welcomed, under 14 for free.
Single persons or couples who are intentioned to live the experience consider that the experience starts with 160€ fee. Booking terms/cancellation policy :
Release : min 72 hrs from the requested date / availability ONLY upon Beautrip confirmation on the requested date.
Cancellation : NO REFUND if booking is cancelled within 7 days of the experience date

Everyday except when the truffle’ season is closed. (april, september).
