How to buy

STEP 1 » PRESS BUY ON THE IMAGE OF THE PRODUCT

Select the desired type of event, at your disposal (live streaming, recordings, podcasts, private, on demand, subscriptions, concerts in florence).

If you want to start the purchase process, press the Buy button.

STEP 2 » SESSION SELECTION 

Select the day and hour of the desired session.

According to the selected day, the starting hour of the available shows are shown in the calendar. Indicate the desired hour.

By choosing the desired session, you’ll be sent to the next step.

  STEP 3 » SHOPPING CART

   Face value is selected by default.

 If you want to buy with discount, trade vouchers or subscriptions, proceed as follows:

Discount – Choose the appropriate discount for each ticket;
Card/Voucher/Subscription – Choose the card / voucher / subscription for each ticket, press the button to apply the changes and afterwards enter the barcode of the card / voucher / subscription.

Click Continue to proceed to the next step.

  STEP 4 » PAYMENT

   To complete your purchase, please state your elements of:

Identification and contact
requested to verify and recognize the client in cases of contact needs after purchase of tickets, and for billing purposes, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Stripe, American express, Paypal or Gift code. Requested to complete the payment process and issue of invoice / receipt.

Make sure that:

The card number does not contain spaces.
The card used does not have an associated PIN.
The expiration date and maximum daily amounts are not exceeded.

  Make sure that your email address is correctly indicated, the items related to  your purchase (tickets, cards and invoices) will be sent to this address.

  Indicate that you accept the Terms and press Confirm Payment to complete  your purchase.

  If an error occurs, it is displayed at the top of the page.

 SUMMARY

  After successful payment, you must print your tickets and cards.

  Notes:

A copy of your tickets and cards is sent to your email.
Please make sure you have enough space in your mailbox and check in your SPAM box
No tickets or cards are sent to your address.
