ROSANITA – Sangiovese Spumante Brut Rosé

PRODUCTION AREA: Montebello di Poggio Torriana, altitude 400 m a.s.l. The soil is sedimentary, originated from chalky marl. Vineyard age: 10 years, facing south-east.
GRAPE VARIETY: Sangiovese 100%. Planted with espalier.
PRODUCTION: the average production is 6600 bottles. Density of about 6500 plants per hectare with a yield of 60 quintals per hectare. The grape harvest and selection are carried out by hand with delicacy. Since 2017 we have obtained the organic certification.
WINEMAKING: in steel.
AGING: Charmat method, 6 hours in contact with the skins, long fermentation.
